The Box Office is located on the North-East corner of the building (across from The Lexus Parking Garage). The Box Office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-5pm and event days starting at 10am. Concert tickets are not available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the day of the public on-sale. Tickets for such non-team events may be purchased by the general public on the first day of ticket sales online at www.ticketmaster.com. Remaining available tickets for any concert/event following the first day of general public ticket sales will be available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the next business day.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
By Car from Manchester
Take the A635 Ashton Old Road or A57 Hyde Road to the A1060 Inner Ring Road. Turn there following the brown tourist Monastery signs and look out for the green spire.
By Car into Manchester
From the M60, junction 24 follow A57 into Manchester. At the A6010 Inner Ring Road turn right and follow Monastery signs, look out for the green spire.

Directions By Rail
The nearest station to The Monastery is Ashburys Station, which is one stop from Manchester Piccadilly Station and a 5 minute walk from The Monastery. Or, from Manchester Piccadilly Station take a 5 minute taxi journey or the 205 Bus (which takes 10 minutes) and stops directly outside The Monastery.

Come on out to the East End Brewing Company for a tour our bigger, better Brewery! You'll start in our Brewpub Tasting Room with some beer (we're more entertaining that way), and then we'll lead you through both a brief history of the East End Brewing Company and the brewery itself.
This $25 tour includes...
Sampling of FOUR current East End Brews (Seasonals, One-offs, and Year-round Favorites).
A guided Grains-to-Glass brewery tour with a chance to taste the ingredients that go into our beer.
After that, we'll land you back in our tasting room to collect your FREE Growler full of FRESH LOCAL BEER (or $15 equivalent in beer, pint glasses, t-shirts, etc...), filled with the beer of your choice!*
* Depending on this "choice" your fill up may run you a couple bucks more, depending on the beer.
The tour and tasting will last about an hour... but you'll be welcome to linger in our Brewpub if you need a little more time to make that important 64oz decision. And you can always browse our Brewery Gift Shop if you get stuck with that guy who needs just one more pint before he can decide.
Tours are limited in size to keep things manageable, and moving along. And they can fill up pretty quickly too. Lastly, I should mention that while kids are welcome at the Brewery, our Brewery Tours are just for folks 21 and over.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes, things come up and you can't make it to your ticketed tour spot. So we'll give you a full refund if it's 48 hours before starting time. After which point, you're fully committed, financially speaking... So come if you can, or send someone in your place if that's better. That's fine by us. Just make sure they pretend to be you.

Muss ich mich am Einlass ausweisen und gibt es eine Altersbeschränkung für das Event?
Um an einem Megamarsch teilnehmen zu können, musst Du 18 Jahre alt sein. Einen Personalausweis musst Du am Eventtag nicht vorzeigen.
Wie komme ich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Event und wie sieht es mit Parkplätzen aus?
Alle unsere Startpunkte liegen so, dass man gut und schnell hin- und auch wieder zurück kommt.
Was kann ich zum Event mitbringen?
