No refunds are allowed
The MetLife Stadium Box Office will accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Ticketmaster Will Call may be picked up at any open ticket window. For all events, non-Ticketmaster will call orders may be picked up at the designated will call window. Will call tickets will be available beginning at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the event.

MetLife Stadium Box Office is open Monday through Friday 11am through 5pm. The Box Office is located in the West VIP lobby. Please park in Lot G, enter through MetLife Gate and into the large glass doors labeled West VIP.
MetLife Stadium is fully accessible including all concession stand locations, merchandise stands, ATM's and seating areas. Accessible seating for guests with special needs is available on all levels and in all price ranges. Elevators are located in the southeast (HCL Tech), southwest (Verizon), and northwest (Pepsi) corners of the stadium. Ramps are located at the north and south entrances. Seats with removable armrests are located throughout the stadium. A limited number of wheelchairs are located at each of the entrance gates to transport guests with limited mobility to their seating area. Managing Safely is a course designed by the Institution for Occupational Health and Safety - Europe’s largest occupational health and safety body - for managers and supervisors in any industry sector and any organisation. It aims to give them all they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their teams and workplaces. Over 7 modules, the course covers all the main health and safety issues. Successful completion of the course, passing a multi-choice assessment paper and a workplace-based project, leads to a nationally recognised qualification in the basics of managing health and safety.
Outline
Over 7 modules, the course covers all the main health and safety issues, concentrating on dealing with workplace hazards and carrying out risk assessments. The course also emphasises to delegates the importance of having a positive H&S culture throughout the business with leadership from the top being key to achieving a safe working environment.
Learning Outcomes
This course aims to give managers and supervisors all they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their teams and workplaces. Successful completion of the course, a multi-choice assessment and a workplace-based project, leads to a nationally recognised qualification in the basics of managing health and safety.

Mr Mark Pauley BA, Grad IOSH, Mark is a highly regarded and vastly experienced IOSH trainer who also has a background in events management having previously worked as a project manager for a number of years.
Cancellation Policy We need to secure bookings and commit to delivery of events in advance so any late cancellations or no-shows will incur costs - please note that we will follow the FST's cancellation policy instead of the one specified by Eventbrite.
For paid events:
Any cancellation made within 10-3 working days of the course will incur a charge of 75% of the course fee, you will also be given the option to transfer the ticket to another party.
Any cancellation made within three days of the start of the event or no-show on the day will still be charged the full cost of the course, you will also be given the option to transfer the ticket to another party.
For free events:
A non-attendance fee may be charged if you book a place at an event but do not attend on the day.
Event CancellationIf an Event is cancelled, postponed or relocated, by FST, you will be offered (subject to availability) to attend a rescheduled Event, the same Event at an alternative location or another Event up to the face value of the Booking price or, if you are unable to attend any of the former, a refund. FST will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with an Event or Booking cancellation, postponement, relocation or other change. Without limiting the previous provision, travel expenses will not be reimbursed by FST.
