近年来，fintech，中国金融科技飞速发展，话题热度居高不下，得益于中国技术创新、投资推动、政策的鼓励，其前景及方向受到了行业广泛而持续的关注，中国的金融业将从“黄金时代”步入“后黄金时代”，即拥抱“综合金融+”和“互联网+”的金融3.0时代。科技在金融中的渗透，使得金融机构得以将客户群体扩大至从前未获金融服务覆盖的群体。据不完全统计，亚太地区中国市场吸引资金最多，远超于其它亚太地区国家。

The Fintech in China remains a hot topic, it has developed rapidly in recent years, benefiting from being encouraged by technological innovation, investment promotion as well as government policy. The prospects and developing tendency have received widespread attention from peers in finance and technology. Currently, the finance industry is entering the post-golden age in China, Finance 3.0, integrated Financial+ with Internet+, which replaces the golden age. What makes financial institutions to increase their client groups continuously, even some of whom were never in service of finance, is that technology is penetrating the financial terms. Based on partial statistics, the largest amount of money is attracted by the Chinese market, far exceeding other countries in the Asia Pacific region.
 
中国作为金融科技最发达国家之一，吸引了众多国外金融机构的入驻。泰国自从2008年解除了对外汇的监管之后，法律规定只要是经过授权的机构都能够进行外汇的兑换和交易。这些机构可以是商业银行、外汇交易商、货币支付中介和经过授权的公司。并且居民和非居民都被允许在合法的范围内进行外汇即期交易（T+2）。

เปลี่ยนและซื้อขายเงินตราต่างประเทศได้ สถาบันเหล่านี้อาจจะเป็นธนาคารพาณิชย์ ตัวแทนจำหน่ายเงินตราต่างประเทศ ตัวกลางการชำระเงินสกุลเงินและ บริษัท ที่ได้รับอนุญาต และทั้งชาวต่างชาติหรือชาวต่างประเทศก็ได้รับอนุญาตให้ทำธุรกรรมปริวรรตเงินตราต่างประเทศได้แก่ (T + 2) ภายใน
วงเงินตามกฎหมาย
As one of the most developed countries in financial and technology, China has attracted increasing numbers of foreign financial institutions.Since Thailand deregulated foreign exchange in 2008, the law stipulates expressively that all authorized financial institutions are able to exchange and trade foreign currencies. These institutions can be commercial Banks, foreign exchange dealers, currency payment intermediaries as well as authorized companies. Furthermore, both residents and non-residents are permitted to make foreign exchange transactions, namely T+2, within the framework of the law.
 
 
泰国还有着发达的外汇远期市场，非居民被允许自由的在外汇远期市场进行交易，通过授权的银行对其在泰国的贸易和投资进行套期保值。对于没有在泰国进行贸易和投资的企业，泰国的远期市场也允许其进行不超过 3亿泰铢的远期交易。泰国的国内居民和进出口贸易商也被允许自由的参与外汇远期市场的交易。泰国金融行业迅速发展，越来越多的企业也将目光投向了泰国市场。

Market foreign exchange remains vigorous in Thailand. Resorting to authorized banks to keep hedges for its trade and investment in Thailand, Non-residents have free access to trade in the forward market of foreign exchange.
For those companies that do not have permissions to invest and trade, Thailand's forward market likewise enables transaction THB 300 million at most. Domestic residents, importers, and exporters can trade as they like without much interference in the forward market of foreign exchange. It is palpable that Thailand's financial industry is growing prosperously, more and more companies are looking forward to the Thai market.
