Les projets de transformation rencontrent parfois de grosses résistances qui les freinent, voire les bloquent totalement (pensez à Air France en avril 2018) et qui épuisent ceux qui les mènent car ils doivent continuer à avancer malgré tout. Or il existe des protocoles pour animer les réunions, gérer les réflexions collectives qui permettent d’éviter ces deux écueils. Cette manière de faire intègre les résistances aux diagnostics pour renforcer la transformation, la rendre antifragile. Mon objectif lors de cette formation c’est de vous transmettre ce savoir-faire.

Pour ceux qui accompagnent une transformation : dirigeants, coachs, directeurs de la transformation, consultants en transformation, chief of staff, DRH, chefs de projet, directeurs des opérations, directeurs de programme, membres de comité de direction…
Quels objectifs ?
La formation vise à transmettre une pratique de l’accompagnement de la transformation. Il y sera uniquement question d’outils d’animation et de décryptage avec deux objectifs :
Expliciter un cadre de référence permettant de mieux comprendre ce que les personnes vivent dans une transformation,
Apprendre des méthodes d’animation et des outils d’analyse qui améliorent les projets de transformation

La formation se déroule sur deux jours. Le contenu est présenté de manière détaillé sur le site latransfodanslapeau.
Il se répartit par demi-journée et les participants choisissent en fin de première demi-journée les outils (recettes) qu’ils souhaitent approfondir et expérimenter parmi le corpus global.

La pédagogie alterne apports théoriques, heuristiques, discussion, expérimentation des frameworks et partage d’expérience entre les participants.

Our 3 hour tour stops in 3 small food establishments, ranging from high-quality specialty shops to home-style tapas restaurants, each one with its own scrumptious specialties for you to taste.
