All Art Arizona 2020

This year’s All Art Arizona presents exciting work created by both well-known and emerging artists living in our own back yard, the state of Arizona.   This ten year tradition at Art Intersection highlights the breadth and diversity of art created by Arizona artists. The range of acceptable artwork encompasses sculpture, glass, photography, painting, ceramics, wood, printmaking, mixed media, artist books, and more.  All Art Arizona attracts artists, art collectors, and art lovers from all over the state to one of our best known exhibitions of the year. Visit the Art Intersection galleries, bring your friends and family, to enjoy this unique exhibition and range of art by Arizona artists.  As always, the exhibition is free and open to the public during business hours. While you are here, get involved by voting for the Viewer’s Choice Award, to be announced shortly after the exhibition closes. Depending on traffic through the galleries, there may be a wait to enter.

Save the date... to Save September! As we progress through the what was already a crazy year, we wanted to bring the community together to show we are back and stronger than ever! This new event will help Neopolitans see and taste their city in a whole new light. Save September is a month-long restaurant-based event which gives the diner an opportunity to benefit from multiple dine in and takeout experiences, with tailored takeout menus while receiving gift cards to return to your establishment. Save September is aimed to do 3 very important things: 1. Save local hospitality from the pitfall known as September 2. Encourage food enthusiasts to save at their favorite local hotspots 3. Fredericksburg Pet Expo

Mark your calendars for the most pet friendly weekend of the year.  The Fredericksburg Pet Show sponsored by Off Leash K9 Training is Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 at the Fredericksburg Expo Center.  

Vendors include a variety of pet related professionals such as veterinarians,  trainers and more! There is always a number of new pet products on display while you can also learn new training tips and find quality service providers. Shelters and rescue agencies will have a limited number of lovable animals on site. 

Making a return appearance is The Dog Lure Course.  This interactive dog attraction is an agility and speed track where participating dogs can chase a mechanical squirrel through an obstacle course for an additional fee. Plus Meet Stuart the Awesome Opossum. 

DUE TO COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS THE EXPO CENTER  WILL NOT HAVE TICKETS FOR SALE IN THE BOX OFFICE. ALL TICKETS WHICH COST $8 TO ENTER ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE.  ITS EASY! J PETS are free to attend but will be required to have a FREE“ticket”.  Its FREE all you need to do is to go to the same ticket page and register your pet to attend.  KIDS 12 and Under do not require a ticket.

Ballots & Laughs: Political Cartoons by Ray Walters

Ray Walters’s exhibition Ballots & Laughs: Political Cartoons will be on view at The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas on Thursday, Oct. 29, and remain on view through Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021.
