Akasha Summit - A modern vision on wellbeing

About the Summit On Saturday 28 March 2020, Akasha Holistic Wellbeing organizes the Akasha Summit with the theme ‘a modern vision on wellbeing’. In this fast-moving world with plenty of challenges, it is important to tap in to your full potential by minimizing the impact of stress on body and mind. The summit will provide you with a skillset of four different tools that will help you to reach your full potential in life. From understanding how your heart can function as a compass through daily life and how breathwork can support this, to learning how you can improve the functions of your brain and how the family system can help you to gain control over your quality of life. The Akasha Summit is an intimate, annual event where Akasha brings together a variation of (inter)national experts on the functioning of the brain, energy, the family system the and lessons you can learn from you heart. After this day, you will go home with a new perspective on achieving a state of wellbeing in this challenging time and a skillset of different tools to work with.     During the first edition of this event, Akasha is proud to announce the following line-up: Max Strom Breathwork Master Topic: Learn how breathwork can support you in living with the challenges anno 2020.Max’s method, Inner Axis, is known to produce immediate results in alleviating stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression, impacting the internal and emotional aspects of our life, as well as physical healing.   Juno Burger  Energy Therapist Topic: Discover what you can learn from the wisdom in your heart and how your heart can function as an energetic compass through daily life. The Wellbing Weekender Package is also available for one person for €549,- incluing a luxurious overnight stay in a Deluxe Guestroom with breakfast, one ticket to the summit (€249,- per ticket) and all that is included in the summit ticket.   The Akasha Summit is co-created with Karlijn Visser and Evelyn van Hasselt, the founders of Holistik.nl. Photographs and/or video will be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the hotel’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organiser.   FAQs What time is the exact start of the event? The event venue opens doors at 09.15. With your ticket you can collect a fresh juice at The Cold Pressed Juicery before or during the summit (opens at 09.00). The event will start at 09.45.   Are drinks and lunch included? Yes, the Akasha Summit offers you all-day food and drinks during the three breaks. We will have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available as soon as you inform us about any allergy or dietary restriction. Please indicate this in the ordering process.   Will there be a wardrobe? Yes, there will be a wardrobe on the second floor, with a place to store your bags and coats, throughout the day.   What should I wear? Please wear what you will be most comfortable in.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? This is not necessary as a scan from your device is possible as well.   Is there a ticket return policy? Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? We are unable to offer any kind of refund, exchange, or credit. To transfer your ticket to someone else, please email us at akashasummit@conservatoriumhotel.com. What is the validity of the voucher for a 30-minute treatment at Akasha Holistic Wellbeing? This voucher is valid for one year: from 30 March 2020 until 30 March 2021. Please make sure to make a reservation in advance. I do not live in the neighbourhood so can I stay in the hotel as well? The Conservatorium Hotel is located at the Paulus Potterstraat 50, 1071 DB Amsterdam, The Netherlands.   Bike Please park your bike in front of the hotel next to our main entrance at the Van Baerlestraat.   Own car The hotel offers a parking option of €65,- for the entire day (reservation mandatory) but because we only have limeted availability, we suggest to park around the hotel or at Q-park Museumplein. We advise you to remove valuable items from your car when parking outside the hotel. Tram Tram 2, 5 and 12 stop in front of the hotel. Please plan your trip in advance via NS.   Train If you are arriving in Amsterdam by Thalys, leave the train at Schiphol Airport and follow the directions below. If you are arriving with the ICE train, please follow the directions from Central Station. Taxis are also available at the Central Station. A taxi ride to the hotel should cost about €25,- and take around 30 minutes. When leaving the hotel towards Central Station to catch your train upon departure, we recommend to leave 45 minutes in advance.
