The International Research Conference is a federated organization dedicated to bringing together a significant number of diverse scholarly events for presentation within the conference program. Events will run over a span of time during the conference depending on the number and length of the presentations. Here you are purchasing a gift voucher for The Triumph Factory Tour which must be pre-booked before arrival on a date and time to suit the voucher holder. This is the perfect experience if you've ever wanted to venture beyond those legendary factory security doors. This fully guided tour really does take you from concept to manufacturing and final assembly to see for yourself where world-renowned Triumph motorcycles are created and built.
Factory tours generally occur at 10.30, 12.30, or 14.30

Your tour will last for approximately 90 minutes.
After your Factory Tour, top up your own tank with a tasty snack, refreshing soft drinks, or a taste-intensive Barista-style coffee, then relax with free wi-fi as you enjoy these unique Triumph surroundings.
Also available at the Visitor Experience, you can create your own Authentic Triumph VIN Plate keyring which is punched on site. Featuring a Triumph branded black leather loop and brushed silver trigger hook. This is the perfect way to attach your keys to your bag, trousers or jeans and remember your visit. FAQs - Factory Tour
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is onsite parking for both cars and motorcycles including disabled bays close to the entrance, just follow the signposts as you enter the factory grounds.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
If you have any questions please email factory.tours@triumph.co.uk and one of our dedicated team will assist you.
What's the refund policy?
We're sorry, but refunds are not available for gift vouchers or Factory tours.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Once you have redeemed your gift voucher, please print or bring a digital copy of your ticket with you as we will need to scan it on arrival to confirm your participation on the tour.

Does my gift voucher ticket confirmation email allow entry to a Factory Tour?
No. The Gift Voucher email confirmation is a receipt for the purchase of a Factory Tour Gift Voucher. The person receiving the gift voucher needs to book a Factory Tour following the instructions on the Gift Voucher.
When and how will I recieve the Gift Voucher(s)?
You will receive the Gift Voucher in the post to the shipping address provided within 7 days of purchase.
Can I send the voucher straight to the person receiving it as a gift?
Yes, however we are unable to provide personalised messages. The Gift Voucher will come in a branded wallet and envelope.
How is the gift voucher redeemed?
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by following the instructions on the gift voucher received in the post up to 7 days after your purchase online. All Factory Tours must be booked in advance of visiting the Triumph Visitor Experience. Vouchers are not redeemable against VIN plate keyrings nor in the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience Shop.
What happens if the Factory tour price increases after my gift voucher has been issued?
There will be no additional charge upon redemption in the event of a price increase after your purchase.
