The Ticket Office is open on event days from 12:00pm (or 3 hours prior to event, whichever is earliest) until approximately 1 hour into the event, and on Saturdays from 12:00pm until 4:00pm. The Ticket Office is closed on non-event weekdays. The Ticket Office is located next to the main entrance to the arena, adjacent to the plaza (Vel R Phillips and Juneau). Any questions can be directed to our main line (414 227-0504 from 10AM-4PM.)

The UBS Arena regular Box Office hours are yet to be announced. In addition to the regular hours, the Box Office will also open 3 hours prior to the start of events.
Accessible seating is available on all levels and in all ticket price ranges. Wheelchair accessible and companion seating and seats with removeable armrests are available at locations dispersed throughout UBS Arena. Two guest elevators are located in each quad of the arena with access to every level. Accessible doors are at each entrance as well as a limited number of wheelchairs to transport guests with limited mobility to their seating area.
