We are located 45 minutes south of Hilo International Airport and will have complete details on shuttle service options closer to the event, as we assess the needs of participants. Please let us know your flight details if you would like to schedule transportation with us.  If you want to rent your own car we have plenty of free parking on site at Lolia. Shuttle rates to and from the Hilo International Airport (ITO) are $65 for one person, one way or $45 per person/one way if there is more than one traveler. We will try to combine reservations whenever possible. A regular taxi costs about $125 one way from Hilo to the Lolia Place Eco-Village.  The Kona International Airport (KOA) is approximately 2.5 hours away by car. Transportation is NOT provided for this location and a rental car will be needed. What are the food options at the festival?  Food during the Hawaii Tantra Festival will be provided by our culinary team who specialize in high vibe, high nutrition, tasty cuisine from many points of inspiration. To be full of energy for our festival we want you to have the best fuel possible, taking advantage of all the wonderful agriculture the island has to offer. Menu items will be feature many locally grown native foods with plenty fresh fruits and vegetables, and we'll always offer gluten free options.  Much of the food is grown onsite at Lolia! The meal plan begins with dinner on on the first day and continues through lunch on the final day of the festival. You can expect delicious breakfasts each morning with a variety of juicy local fruits, oatmeal, breads and spreads, hard boiled eggs, coffee and teas. Lunch and dinner will include savory and fulfilling healthful and delicious meals with plenty of fresh salad and local fruits. Email us if you have special dietary restrictions you are concerned about and we can see what we can accommodate. Convenient and affordable on site lodging is available including new shared indoor rooms with queen bunk beds, shared glamping canopies with 2 queen beds and bring your own tent camping. Off The Canvas at Guildhall Art Gallery

Artis Foundation invite your school to join them in a free workshop (for up to 30 children) in the beautiful exhibition space at the Guildhall Art Gallery. Investigate a Victorian painting, through the performing arts, led by an experienced Artis Specialist. Bring art to life as the children step into the shoes of the artist, embarking on a journey of exploration in an imaginative, practical and fun way. This adventure will give children an awareness of the historical and geographical context of the gallery’s Victorian paintings, as well as immerse them in a story of discovery. Suitable for Key Stages 1 & 2 with strong links to English, Maths, Geography, History, Science, Physical Education and Art & Design. Cost Artis Foundation and Guildhall Art Gallery are delighted to offer these free workshops (for up to 30 children). This has been made possible through funding from The City of London Corporation.  If you need to cancel your visit, please email tap@artisfoundation.org.uk at the earliest opportunity. If you do not cancel within three weeks of the workshop date, or fail to show on the day, the school is liable to pay a £50 fee which will be invoiced to you.
