Piko Pals - Ewa Beach - Saturdays - Starting November 23rd

Piko Pals is a 12-week program of Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii that aims to foster social connection, community, and peer support for new parents in their first year. Participants and their newborn babies meet weekly in small groups, and support each other through mindful discussion about new parenting concerns like postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, baby sleep, partner relationship changes, career vs. parenthood, siblings, and more. Parents are encouraged to discover their own parenting philosophy and are encouraged to listen to their intuition in a emotionally and intellectually safe environment. Piko Pals aims to set the foundation for true connection and friendship, so that when parents complete our program, they continue to support each other throughout their parenting journey. Group Date & Time: Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
