Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo I.D., and the order number. Only persons whose name is on the account can pick up tickets (the person who purchased the tickets). An alternate pick up name may be placed on the account by contacting Ticketmaster at (757) 671-8100. Tickets will only be issued to the person in whose name the tickets were purchased or the alternate pick-up name. Tickets remaining at will call after the event starts, will not be resold.
