Our staff is committed to upholding the expectations of all who attend our many events. You will find the Covelli Centre to be a user-friendly building. It is accessible and provides a safe and comfortable environment. Our Guest Services Staff are trained to provide service excellence with an understanding of how to accommodate any guest's special needs. The Covelli Centre is designed to be an "arena for everyone." The following will give you helpful information of policies, procedures and amenities offered to make your visits to us memorable and enjoyable. For information or assistance, Guest Services is located at the main entrance across from Section 201 and can be reached at anytime by calling 330-746-5600 - ext. 5192 or ext. 5183. First Aid during events can be reached by calling ext. 5191. Automatic doors are located at all concourse entrances, VIP, Main and across from Disability parking at Section 217. Wheelchairs (with escorts) are available to transports guests. Contact Guest Services. The passenger elevator is available to transport guests to all levels of the Centre.

In this 2-hour class, our expert Cook & Eat Chef will guide you through all necessary steps to help you produce a range of delicious healthy, tasty vegan main and side dishes. FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees must be 16 or over except for Child & Parent cooking classes or where accompanied by a responsible adult.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is available in nearby streets with a limited number of free parking spaces on Silver Road off Elmira Street. The nearest station is Lewisham served by National Rail and DLR. A member of our team will generally be present to meet and greet at the main gate before start times.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Aprons and cooking equipment is provided. Please bring your own containers to take your food home with you. Alternatively, you may prepay for packaging which we provide. More information is provided in your joining instructions email that will be sent to you 48hrs prior to the class.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, it is preferable although proof of purchase is more important.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. You may use your ticket to attend another Greenwich Pantry event. Conditions may apply.
