Singapore Maritime Trail 3 Do you know that Singapore was not a sleepy fishing village before the British arrived, despite popular lore? In fact, Singapore has a maritime landscape that evolved from that of a British trading post in the mid-1800s to that of a premier global hub port and international maritime centre! The Singapore Maritime Trail 3 will bring you on a journey to uncover the past maritime trade activities influencing our rich culture and identity today. These complimentary trails will run on the Third Saturday of each month at the following time slots: - 9.00am to 11.30am - 3.00pm to 5.30pm Meeting Point: Telok Ayer MRT Station Exit B (Street Level) Ending: Malay Heritage Centre (Kampong Glam) Programme (locations in Blue are walking trails, the rest are landmarks along the bus route) - Telok Ayer Basin - Telok Ayer Mural - Commercial Square - Rochor River - Old Kampong Glam Waterfront - Kampong Glam - Malay Heritage Centre A bus will be provided to facilitate movement between locations for the trail.
