The box office is situated on the Trinity Way link corridor next to the Arena Car Park entrance. This box office will be available from 4pm only on a show day and will close 15 minutes after the main act has gone onstage. Opening times will change for Box Office depending on the time of the show. AO Arena has been awarded GOLD status by Attitude is Everything, the disability-led charity with over 20 years' experience improving Accessible people's access to live music. Provisions have been made to cater for wheelchair users. Lifts have been installed and it is possible to enter the arena by the access link between Trinity Way and Victoria Station. The Hunts Bank entrance is accessible via external lift and access from the car park and Victoria Station is possible via the City Room. The second raised tier of seating (BLK 201 and above) requires the negotiation of steep steps and so may not be suitable for the elderly, infirm or those with mobility problems. Love is Red is an annual youth and young adult conference located in Canton, Ohio. This three-day event is designed with junior high, high school, and college-age students, as well as ministry and worship leaders in mind. Our goal is to inspire students and develop leaders to know Christ and make Him known.

WHO CAN ATTEND LOVE IS RED CONFERENCE?
Love is Red Conference is designed for junior high, high school, and college-age students in the relative age range of 12-29.
CAN PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 29 ATTEND?
If you are in student ministry or you are the leader of a group of students attending the conference, you may purchase a ticket to attend Love is Red.
WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?
No. While families are extremely important to us, there will not be childcare available during the conference, and we are unable to accommodate children. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend Love is Red. Anyone under the age of 11 years old will not be permitted into the main sanctuary.
MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL/MEDICAL NEEDS AND WANTS TO ATTEND. CAN I OR ANOTHER ADULT JOIN THEM?

WHAT KIND OF SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU TAKE TO KEEP THE KIDS ON THE PREMISES/KEEP AN EYE ON THEM?
We have a security team available at all times while the building is open during conference.
BAG POLICY
To provide a safer environment for Love is Red attendees and significantly expedite entry into the conference, we have implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the conference.
We strongly encourage conference attendees not to bring bags. If a bag is needed, only small clutch bags (approximately the size of a hand) with or without a handle or strap may be taken into the conference.
Exceptions:
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the registration area designated for this purpose. This includes packed lunches/dinners for those with food allergies or dietary needs.
An exception will be made for ministry leaders attending with a group. Such leaders are permitted one bag/book bag per group for the purpose of carrying forms and items necessary to lead the group. If this applies to you, enter through door D where your bag will be checked and marked with a wristband.

REGISTRATION
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE COVER?
The registration fee covers admission to all three days of the conference and the materials needed for the event. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.
CAN A REGISTRATION BE CANCELED/REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED?
Thank you for understanding that no refunds are available.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER NOW, OR CAN I DO IT AT THE DOOR?
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that Love is Red sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
ARE THERE DAY OR SESSION PASSES AVAILABLE?
We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference. Thursday and Friday “evening only” admissions may open closer to the conference if seating is available.
I AM REGISTERING A GROUP WITH 10 OR MORE PEOPLE. DO I NEED TO INCLUDE EVERY NAME WHEN I REGISTER?
Yes. This enables everyone in your group to check in by name at separate times if needed.
HOW DO I REQUEST GROUP SEATING?
We will contact you directly if your group size qualifies for group seating. All other seating at Love is Red is general admission.
I’M BRINGING SOME OF MY STAFF/KEY LEADERS. ARE THEY ABLE TO ATTEND THE LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE SESSIONS?

Akron Canton Airport (CAK) is only two miles from the conference venue. Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE) is located 56 miles from the conference venue.

I HAVE A STUDENT WITH A FOOD ALLERGY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
With the potential for such a wide range of food allergies and dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate special requests for food available at conference. Your student is welcome to bring a packed lunch/dinner. Please refer to our Bag Policy for more information.
DO I HAVE TO PICK MY STUDENT UP DURING THE DINNER BREAK?
No, you do not have to. However, the café will be the only area open, and it will be offering a limited selection for purchase.
