7:00 PM Doors, 7:30 PM Show $10-$20 suggested donation. Please also bring food or wine to share. Redline is a low brass quartet – Alex Avila, Ryan Chen, Jarrett Mccourt, Charlie Goodman. We try to play music people like to listen to. The newly formed Redline quartet seeks to provide audiences with a stimulating chamber music experience by executing new and known repertoire with high-level musicianship. The group was created by four musicians of eclectic backgrounds seeking to breathe life into the body of repertoire written for tuba-euphonium quartet, to provide educational and stimulative outreach across the country, and to bring a new voice to the medium of low brass chamber music. Current members include Alex Avila (FivE, MM Student at UT Austin), Ryan Chen (PHD Student at Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering), Jarrett McCourt (Principal Tuba, New World Symphony) and Charlie Goodman (DMA Student at the University of Colorado-Boulder).
