There will be NO refunds but you may transfer your registration to your friend. Exceptions are made only in the event of critical illness or death of a family member, supported by hospital documentation. Otherwise, kindly treat the payment as a donation.
Bodhinyana Ltd is a non-profit organisation run by unpaid volunteers. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available at Smokies and there is an overflow carpark next to the hotel. The hotel is located on the 409 bus route for those using public transport.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Our team will check you in on arrival and your ticket is not necessary
Is there a charge for non-attendance?
Yes. A charge of £15 per ticket will be made for any non-attendance.
