The Box Office is located near the Hard Rock Café and around the corner from Cipresso Restaurant. Beginning January 4, 2022 the Box Office Hours will be: Tue 12 noon to 5pm Thu 12 noon to 5pm Saturday 12 noon to 5pm Event days 12 noon to 30 minutes after start time of the event.

Course Description:
The ISO/IEC 20000 Auditors course is a 2-day classroom training relevant for professionals who play a role as a 3rd party auditor in an ISO/IEC 20000 assessment. This course is designed for professionals and certified auditors who require an orientation into ITSM in general and ISO/IEC 20000 in particular. Internal auditors working in an organization which is implementing or already has ISO/IEC 20000 certification will also find this course useful to improve not only their understanding of the subject but also the application of ISO/IEC 20000 within their organization.
At the end of the 2-day classroom training, the APMG certification exam, which is a multiple-choice exam, can be conducted. This training does not cover audit techniques or the issues involved in preparing an organization for an audit.
The certificate is awarded to candidates passing the relevant examination, which can only be taken as part of an accredited training course. The course covers the interpretation and application of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. The exam is a one-hour closed-book, 40-question, multiple-choice test, which is paper based or provided as an online exam. To pass, candidates must answer 26 or more questions correctly.

BOK Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, Bank of Oklahoma ATM’s and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby’s Box Office. Some events at the BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from the BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer. Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at each of the main entrances. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment. The BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. Seating reserved for patrons and one companion using this service is in Section 102 and Section 107 . For details, please email us at info@smgtulsa.com or call the BOK Center Office at 918-894-4200. The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.

Objetivos Especificos
TU HUELLA POR VENEZUELA, se convierte en el puente entre la ayuda humanitaria donada por los participantes y las Fundaciones sin fines de lucro, previamente escogidas y certificadas por el comité organizador. Dos actividades serán desarrolladas para este objetivo:
Recaudación de más de 2000 insumos de medicinay alimentos no perecederos siendo tres ONGs directamente beneficiadas
Recaudación monetaria telefónica: durante 10 horas, a través de un call center y 20 embajadores impulsando la colaboración
Todo el dinero recaudado por las donaciones, será depositado directamente en las cuentas de las organizaciones sin fines de lucro participantes.
