PNC Arena Ticket Office hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 10AM to 4PM. Closed Friday through Monday, unless an event is taking place the Ticket Office will open at 12PM. On event days, the Ticket Office will be open through the start of the event. PNC Arena Ticket Office is located at the south end of the building, directly across from Carter Finley Stadium.
Wheelchair accessible seating and mobility impaired seating are available in all levels of the arena and at all price levels. Lower level seating is located along sides and ends, club level seating is located along ends, and upper level seating is located along sides, corners, and ends. Sight and hearing impaired seating is available in the lower level corners.

During the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey season, the DICK'S Sporting Goods Box Office at PPG Paints Arena will be open: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Sundays that are event days will vary based on the event time but opening hours will always be 10:00 AM with the Box Office remaining open up through the start of the event.
Course Overview
This course provides the concrete know-how about the practices that are required to be an effective Scrum Master. It presents in detail the agile processes and team dynamics, with a strong emphasis on the role of Scrum Master. This course covers the benefits of an Agile approach working with Scrum, highlighting the differences between Scrum and the traditional development methodologies. Moreover, the power of visual management, pursuing and resolving impediments are made clear to trainees by means of practical exercises. The training closes with PSM 1 exam, provided by scrum.org. This body of certification was created in 2009 by Ken Schwaber, one of the founders of Scrum.
