In 2019 they return, with Part II of A Genesis Extravaganza. As the only band ever licensed and supported by Genesis and Peter Gabriel, The Musical Box presents a new, never performed show featuring the music of Trespass, Nursery Cryme, Foxtrot, Selling England by The Pound, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, A Trick of the Tail and Wind & Wuthering. With a few added surprises thrown in for good measure, it's a performance that any Genesis fan will not want to miss! Acclaimed for its historical re-enactment of early Genesis, TMB has performed for more than a million spectators worldwide in some of the most prestigious venues such as The London Royal Albert Hall and The Paris Olympia. TMB had the privilege of hosting Phil Collins and Steve Hackett as performing guests. In its quest for authenticity, TMB is often cited as the best interpretation group in the world and the international reference for early Genesis. Led by our experienced team of Bush Rangers, children will enjoy a day of wildlife, bushcraft, outdoor challenges, games and free play, all in the great outdoors of Centennial Parklands. Activities are designed to allow children to play outside and to take part in problem solving and cooperative challenges. This program is a firm holiday favourite and places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. This program will focus on the theme 'water', and will include mini raft building, water games and a visit to the Ian Potter Children's WILD PLAY Garden! Age: 5-12 years Special notes: This program will go ahead in all weather except high winds, so please come prepared with wet weather gear. Children must wear enclosed shoes. Please bring morning tea and lunch. Cancellation policy: Once tickets are purchased no refunds, exchange or credits will be given, unless the event is cancelled by the Parklands due to dangerous conditions.
