PetSmart Charities’ National Adoption Days are happening now!
The foremost funder in animal welfare is hosting its final adoption event of the year and is partnering with nearly 4,000 animal welfare organizations across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico to help find loving homes for the millions of lost, abandoned and surrendered pets currently in the shelter system.
During the September event, over 23,000 pets found their forever homes. With your help, we can help find homes for even more!
Here’s how to participate:
Dates: Nov. 2 – 22, 2020
Locations: Nearly every PetSmart store across North America.
1. Visit petsmartcharities.org/adopt-a-pet to search adoptable shelter pets by zip code from local adoption organizations
2. Browse available pets or specify the breed, color, gender, age, etc.
3. Request more information from local adoption partners and schedule a virtual meet and greet
4. Visit your nearest PetSmart store and finalize your adoption.

Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up beginning 90 minutes prior to the start of the actual event. E-TICKET /PRINT AT HOME & MOBILE TICKETING If you chose Print-at-Home as your delivery method, your tickets will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase in the form of a .pdf and must be printed on paper in advance for entry. Print at Home tickets cannot scanned at the venue from a mobile device. Choosing mobile entry allows the convenience of using your smartphone as your game ticket. You no longer need to bring your physical tickets to the game. This includes season tickets and single game tickets purchased online or forwarded by email through authorized outlets including Chicagoblackhawks.com, Chicagobulls.com, ClickTix, Ticketmaster.com or other United Center approved outlets. The venue is accesible for disabled patrons, with ten wheelchair spaces, a lift to every floor and an infa red system for the hard of hearing. Aimed at upper primary and lower secondary educators, this engaging CLPL session gives attendees the chance to learn about roles in the film industry for their young people.
Focused on four curricular areas (maths, PSHE, English and art & design), we have developed a subject-based approach to film industry careers education. Through dynamic classroom activities, this session will enable teachers to further develop the skill set of their young people and to link their skills to interesting film industry job roles.
Designed for flexible re-delivery in subject-specific lessons, tutor time or as stand-alone careers sessions, this course will provide you with a fully developed PowerPoint presentation and bespoke printable resources for your classroom.
Interlaced with film clips, this fun session will give you a creative approach to engage pupils in an industry that forms a booming part of the UK economy, and help you to broaden your pupils' outlook and aspirations for the future.
