‘Tis the season to be jolly and there is no better place to celebrate than in the great hall of a mountain top castle. This season, gather friends and family for Holiday Tea, a much anticipated Cherokee Ranch tradition. Enjoy a seasonal menu of tea choices, finger sandwiches and treats, and of course, scones with clotted cream and jam. After tea, embark on a journey through the past as our wonderful docents guide you on a tour through the castle.

No. The coffee is free, but it will be great if you can enjoy some of the food at the location that you redeem your coffee.  How come this is a one-year event? The sponsors and stakeholders for this (guys sponsoring the free coffee) agree to extend this campaign for the whole of 2019, so you will be enjoying a free coffee on a weekly basis.  How do I enjoy the Free Coffee on a Weekly basis? Check in to the e-vouchers platform, it will be re-set every week, with new locations added.  Check out: E-vouchers platform  So, how many free coffees can I redeem per week? You can redeem free coffee from all the outlets listed on the platform. But you can only redeem one coffee from one outlet.  You have to wait for next week to redeem free coffee at the same outlet.  For example:  There are 30 outlets listed on the platform offering free coffee. So, you can go to each outlet to redeem free coffee. But you can only redeem one coffee per outlet.  How do I know if I can still redeem free coffee at the outlet? The platform will automatically reset your free coffee the following week. Once you redeem a free coffee from an outlet, the system will not allow you to redeem until the next reset.  Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? There is no minimum age to redeem free coffee. But we do not encourage kids below the age of 16 to drink coffee though.  Can you share more about the free coffee voucher redemption process? The free coffee is being dispensed on the messenger platform. We are located 45 minutes south of Hilo International Airport and will have complete details on shuttle service options closer to the event, as we assess the needs of participants. Please let us know your flight details if you would like to schedule transportation with us.  If you want to rent your own car we have plenty of free parking on site at Lolia. Shuttle rates to and from the Hilo International Airport (ITO) are $65 for one person, one way or $45 per person/one way if there is more than one traveler. We will try to combine reservations whenever possible. A regular taxi costs about $125 one way from Hilo to the Lolia Place Eco-Village.  The Kona International Airport (KOA) is approximately 2.5 hours away by car. Transportation is NOT provided for this location and a rental car will be needed. What are the food options at the festival?  Food during the Hawaii Tantra Festival will be provided by our culinary team who specialize in high vibe, high nutrition, tasty cuisine from many points of inspiration. To be full of energy for our festival we want you to have the best fuel possible, taking advantage of all the wonderful agriculture the island has to offer. Menu items will be feature many locally grown native foods with plenty fresh fruits and vegetables, and we'll always offer gluten free options.  Much of the food is grown onsite at Lolia! The meal plan begins with dinner on on the first day and continues through lunch on the final day of the festival. You can expect delicious breakfasts each morning with a variety of juicy local fruits, oatmeal, breads and spreads, hard boiled eggs, coffee and teas. Lunch and dinner will include savory and fulfilling healthful and delicious meals with plenty of fresh salad and local fruits. Email us if you have special dietary restrictions you are concerned about and we can see what we can accommodate. It is highly reccomended that you take advantage of our on-site meal plan as restaurants are 20 minutes away and there is no way to cook or refrigerate personal food onsite. What are the accomodation options at the festival? About Lolia Place: Our secluded location offers the perfect support for this deep and transformational dive. Convenient and affordable on site lodging is available including new shared indoor rooms with queen bunk beds, shared glamping canopies with 2 queen beds and bring your own tent camping. If you would like a private room for 2 let us know.  We also hope to have new private cottages up by Festival time...we'll let you know about cottages when they are completed. Want to stay off-site? Hawaii Tantra Festival has a policy of allowing transfer of tuition fees to another person for participation but no refunds for discounted tickets. For more information on changing the name on your tickets, please visit this link. This year’s All Art Arizona presents exciting work created by both well-known and emerging artists living in our own back yard, the state of Arizona.   This ten year tradition at Art Intersection highlights the breadth and diversity of art created by Arizona artists. The range of acceptable artwork encompasses sculpture, glass, photography, painting, ceramics, wood, printmaking, mixed media, artist books, and more.  All Art Arizona attracts artists, art collectors, and art lovers from all over the state to one of our best known exhibitions of the year. Visit the Art Intersection galleries, bring your friends and family, to enjoy this unique exhibition and range of art by Arizona artists.  As always, the exhibition is free and open to the public during business hours. While you are here, get involved by voting for the Viewer’s Choice Award, to be announced shortly after the exhibition closes.
