From good to great teams

In this course you will experience how to lead change by creating great teams. In change the human part is often forgotten. We will deepen the understanding and practicalities of how to take people along with you and create an environment of trust where everyone can express their responsibility, ownership and initiative. The course builds on methods related to the systemic coaching approach which are combined with practical and pragmatic tools to ensure new understandings and insights last. You can expect a highly inter-active course that builds on the principle of learning through the experience combined with intellectual and cognitive knowledge. More information on https://positiveimpact.space The course takes place in Amsterdam. Prof. Claudia Kranefuss has trained and coached for 20 years nationally and internationally in the area of personal and leadership development towards responsibility and sustainability. She worked with people and teams on all levels of different organizations, from startups to the corporate environment. Based in the Netherlands and Berlin, Germany her expertise lies in the development of the individual, team and organizational potential. In 2009 she started to teach the advanced communication courses for the (executive) MBA at BSL-Lausanne, and is since 2004 aligned with HowCompany in Amsterdam. The methods she is working with are based on the resources of the participants, pragmatic and proven to make a lasting shift.
