Vrouwen Eco Zweethut
Een zweethut ceremonie is een ritueel afkomstig van de native americans, waarin we schoon worden van binnen en van buiten. Je geeft jezelf een moment om even de balans op te maken en je te verbinden met jezelf, de natuur en elkaar door meditatie, gebed en introspectie.
We hebben een wilgeniglo gebouwd die we overdekken met een dikke laag dekens en een canvas. In de hut zit een put waarin de hete stenen worden geplaatst die de hut verwarmen. Er wordt water over de hete stenen gegoten gecombineerd met kruiden. Na een aantal rondes, waarin tussendoor de deur voor frisse lucht open gaat, wordt de hut verlaten door de deelnemers, waarna in de natuur rust gezocht wordt.
De zweethutten liggen in een voedselbos dat door onze zorgboerderij is aangelegd. Door duurzaam met de natuur, elkaar en onszelf te leren omgaan, dragen we op onze manier bij aan het bewust leven. De stenen verwarmen wij niet met open vuur, maar met op groene stroom lopende ovens. Op deze manier stoten we geen fijnstof of CO2 uit.
Iedere laatste vrijdag van de maand (met een enkele uitzondering) vind er een ceremonie plaats. Tussen de cranberries en blauwe bessen openen we samen heilige ruimte en maken we in stilte gebedsbundeltjes, worden met salie gereinigd en gaan we de hut in. Na een pauze met wat te eten gaan we nog een keer in de hut.
Na afloop is er voor iedereen een kop verse soep en brood.

Zijn er medische contraindicaties voor de zweethut?
Ja, mensen met een hartconditie wordt aangeraden niet de zweethut in te gaan.
Wat zijn de vervoers-/parkeermogelijkheden voor het evenement?
Er is ruimte voor 15 parkeerplaatsen op het terrein. Rechts van het pad parkeren.
Wat mag ik meebrengen naar het evenement?
Badkleding, 2 handdoeken, eventueel omslagdoek, slippers, waterfles.

Je kunt tot 7 dagen voor de datum opzeggen en je geld teruggestort krijgen. Dan heb ik nog de tijd om je plekje in te vullen.

The Southern Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders (SBCAL) has a long-standing relationship with the SBC, its agencies, institutions, and associations. It is recognized as the foremost networking, fellowship, and equipping organization for the 1100 Southern Baptist associations across North America. The SBCAL sponsors an Annual Conference a couple of days prior to the Annual Meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) each year in the city where the SBC is meeting.
The purpose of the SBCAL is to equip, encourage, and inspire Associational Leaders while providing opportunities for fellowship, networking, new DOM Training, and peer-to-peer learning.

Spouse Admission: Spouses are invited to participate in the conference free of charge. Since spouses are free, click only "1" for the quantity of paid tickets. On the registration form you'll be asked if your spouse is attending and subsequently prompted for their name and information.
Refunds: We do not offer ticket refunds but encourage you to transfer the event ticket to someone else.
Photo and Video Policy: The SBCAL regularly takes photos and shoots video during its events as a means to gather materials for promotional and production purposes. Accordingly, during your time at this event you and other participants may be photographed or videoed. Therefore, every participant of SBCAL events, by registering for the event and/or attending the event, acknowledges and agrees that these photos and videos may be taken and used in SBCAL products and promotional materials. If you have registered others on their behalf, it is your responsibility to notify them about this agreement, policy and practice.
