C’est aujourd’hui un impératif. Cette formation permet aux participants d’évaluer le niveau de préparation de leur structure aux défis que représentent le besoin de communiquer en situation sensible. Programme de la formation Comprendre les éléments fondamentaux de la gestion des crises  Une crise ? Définition et mécanique : comment naît et monte puissance une crise médiatique. Quelle exposition pour la structure ? Les outils pour évaluer le niveau de risque médiatique. La mécanique de crise : comprendre les différentes étapes d’une crise médiatisée sur les médias traditionnels et les réseaux sociaux. Bien se préparer pour anticiper et déjouer les crises  Le plan de gestion de crise. Les clés de la conception et de la mise en oeuvre une stratégie d’anticipation : les outils, les moyens, les ressources. Mettre en place les procédures, constituer la cellule de crise, repérer et préparer les porte-parole. La gestion et le pilotage de la cellule de crise  Quand, comment déclencher le dispositif ? Travailler et décider en mode dégradé, dans un univers de crise. Gérer la presse dans un contexte tendu et sensible  Savoir contenir les journalistes tout en répondant à leurs besoins. Mettre en place une salle de presse. Créer des points presse pertinents, au bon moment. Communiquer le plus efficacement possible Déterminer la meilleure stratégie de communication pour l’interne et l’externe. Concevoir et délivrer des messages, impactants, percutants. Choisir les canaux appropriés pour toucher chaque cible essentielle. Savoir amorcer la sortie de crise Savoir mesurer l’impact de la crise. Se préparer à reconquérir les publics affectés par la crise.

Parking - The 1st Ave N Garage is located 1 block south of Climate Pledge Arena. It is fully accessible with easy access to Climate Pledge Arena. Street parking & pay lots are also available but not as conveniently located. Drop Off - All Main Entrance doors to Climate Pledge Arena are accessible. The West entrance is the most convenient for drop off. 1st Ave N directly runs in front of the facility. Drop off location for the East entry is about 1/2 block away from Climate Pledge Arena at 2nd and Thomas. Entry - For most events, the West, South and East doors are open for entry.
