Lenovo Center Ticket Office hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 10AM to 4PM. Closed Friday through Monday, unless an event is taking place the Ticket Office will open at 12PM. On event days, the Ticket Office will be open through the start of the event. Lenovo Center Ticket Office is located at the south end of the building, directly across from Carter Finley Stadium.
Wheelchair accessible seating and mobility impaired seating are available in all levels of the arena and at all price levels. Lower level seating is located along sides and ends, club level seating is located along ends, and upper level seating is located along sides, corners, and ends. Sight and hearing impaired seating is available in the lower level corners.
Course Description:
Business succession planning is all about being prepared. The loss of valuable leadership can cripple even the strongest of companies. Succession planning is an essential component to the survival and growth of any business. Whether it is grooming employees to become leaders, or preparing for an employee’s retirement your participants will identify common obstacles and how to overcome them.
Our Business Succession Planning workshop will show you the differences between succession planning and mere replacement planning. How you prepare people to take on leadership responsibilities is just as important as hiring the right person for the job. Every company should have a form of succession planning in its portfolio.

SAP Center has designated seats for both wheelchair accessible seating and their companions. However, due to size constraints, companion seats will not fit a wheelchair. So patrons needing wheelchair accessible seating must purchase a wheelchair accessible seat as the SAP Center cannot turn a companion seat into a wheelchair accessible seat.

Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to the event and will remain open through the second period for Minnesota Wild games. Will Call is located in the main lobby of Gate 1 at Xcel Energy Center. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up.
Accommodations include accessible parking and drop-off areas, elevators, escalators, wheelchair accessible seating with excellent sightlines, accessible restrooms. ASL interpreters are provided upon advance request. Assisted listening devices are available, as well as Braille and large print programs upon request. There is elevator access to every level of the arena.
