SAP Center has designated seats for both wheelchair accessible seating and their companions. However, due to size constraints, companion seats will not fit a wheelchair. * Completion of the workshop entitles those households to closing credit up to an amount equal to 1% of the purchase price. Buyer must sign an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement with Kevin Johnson of OneBlue Real Estate and obtain financing through our preferred lender. Attendees must place an offer in a home through CENTURY 21 OneBlue no later than 45-days of the seminar and must close on the home no later than 90-days.
