PD Training is proud to release the latest in our Signature Series of courses with the Time Management for the Modern Individual training course. With over one year’s development and testing, we believe this is the most effective time management course we have ever delivered!
Participants will learn how to use a range of modern tools including mobile devices, mobile apps, online counters and timers to help with managing your time and being more efficient during the workday. Other skills include prioritising goals, conducting a personal “time audit”, overcoming procrastination, automating Outlook to be more efficient and much more.

The ability to concentrate, to focus one’s attention exclusively on the task at hand, is essential to learning. Both internal and external distractions can make concentration difficult. This workshop examines these distractions and strategies to enhance concentration. You learn to identify your distractions and develop strategies to eliminate them, practice relaxation techniques to improve focus, and explore other tactics to improve your concentration.
Workshop is available to Mason student (including alumni and prospective students), faculty, and staff.

Our ecstatic community is gathering for this 4 day immersive festival program filled with shared wisdom and connected celebration. Are you ready to transform and empower your life in a practical and lasting way? We'll use ritual, conscious sensuality, intimacy, communication practices, dance, yoga and meditation as tools to transform and empower our lives.

Morning movement and meditation sessions will enliven body, mind and spirit. Then easefully flow into intentional, inspiring, and thought provoking workshops available throughout the day led by internationally recognized facilitators passionate about sharing their work and insights with you!
EVENING TIME
Celebratory evening events will be a time to rejoice for expanded connections and insights, filled with music, dance, rituals and entertainment, bringing our Ecstatic Community together in Ecstatic Communion.
ALL THE TIME
Share intimate moments with self and others, in the sunshine, under the tropical starlit sky, cuddled by a fire or soaking in the relaxing Lolia Place natural hot tub. Looking for more adventure or spaciousness, venture toSecret Beach a 15 minute walk away or Kehena Black sand beach 3 miles away.

FAQs
What are my transportation options?
We are located 45 minutes south of Hilo International Airport and will have complete details on shuttle service options closer to the event, as we assess the needs of participants. Please let us know your flight details if you would like to schedule transportation with us. If you want to rent your own car we have plenty of free parking on site at Lolia.
Shuttle rates to and from the Hilo International Airport (ITO) are $65 for one person, one way or $45 per person/one way if there is more than one traveler. We will try to combine reservations whenever possible. A regular taxi costs about $125 one way from Hilo to the Lolia Place Eco-Village.
The Kona International Airport (KOA) is approximately 2.5 hours away by car. Transportation is NOT provided for this location and a rental car will be needed.
What are the food options at the festival?
Food during the Hawaii Tantra Festival will be provided by our culinary team who specialize in high vibe, high nutrition, tasty cuisine from many points of inspiration. To be full of energy for our festival we want you to have the best fuel possible, taking advantage of all the wonderful agriculture the island has to offer. Menu items will be feature many locally grown native foods with plenty fresh fruits and vegetables, and we'll always offer gluten free options. Much of the food is grown onsite at Lolia!
The meal plan begins with dinner on on the first day and continues through lunch on the final day of the festival. You can expect delicious breakfasts each morning with a variety of juicy local fruits, oatmeal, breads and spreads, hard boiled eggs, coffee and teas. Lunch and dinner will include savory and fulfilling healthful and delicious meals with plenty of fresh salad and local fruits.
Email us if you have special dietary restrictions you are concerned about and we can see what we can accommodate. See the Additional Items section found at the bottom of the registration page to add a meal plan to your festival experience.
It is highly reccomended that you take advantage of our on-site meal plan as restaurants are 20 minutes away and there is no way to cook or refrigerate personal food onsite.
What are the accomodation options at the festival?
About Lolia Place: Our secluded location offers the perfect support for this deep and transformational dive. Convenient and affordable on site lodging is available including new shared indoor rooms with queen bunk beds, shared glamping canopies with 2 queen beds and bring your own tent camping. If you would like a private room for 2 let us know. We also hope to have new private cottages up by Festival time...we'll let you know about cottages when they are completed.
Want to stay off-site? There are upscale accommodations with private bathrooms within 2-3 miles of the festival...We can help book you a private studio nearby, just let us know what you would like.

What is the refund policy?
Hawaii Tantra Festival has a policy of allowing transfer of tuition fees to another person for participation but no refunds for discounted tickets. For more information on changing the name on your tickets, please visit this link.
Discounts are given in exchange for a commitment to attend the event. Refunds for lodging and meals are given if requested more than 7 days before the event, minus a 25% administrative and stocking fee for meals and lodging only. Liability Waiver

Parking - The 1st Ave N Garage is located 1 block south of Climate Pledge Arena. It is fully accessible with easy access to Climate Pledge Arena. Street parking & pay lots are also available but not as conveniently located. Drop Off - All Main Entrance doors to Climate Pledge Arena are accessible. The West entrance is the most convenient for drop off. 1st Ave N directly runs in front of the facility. Drop off location for the East entry is about 1/2 block away from Climate Pledge Arena at 2nd and Thomas. Entry - For most events, the West, South and East doors are open for entry.
