During the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey season, the DICK'S Sporting Goods Box Office at PPG Paints Arena will be open: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Paycom Center's Box Office is located just off West Reno between the two main entrances on the north side of the arena. Currently, it is temporarily closed on non-event days. On event days, the Box Office is open at 12pm (noon) on Mondays-Saturdays, or four hours prior to the event time on Sundays. Some events may have additional hours.
