Typical recipes include Mung Dal Khichdi (Healing rice, vegetable and lentil one pot meal), Carrot and bean curry with coconut milk, Aloo Mutter (Potato and peas curry), Stuffed okra and a hearty Chickpea and pomegranate salad with toasted cumin.
