Mental health is a challenge. Each year Sandford McMurray performs a physical challenge to promote mental health wellbeing. This year the challenge will be held at the Newfarm Stairs on the 6th of December and everyone is welcome to join at any time. Sandford McMurray will climb all 164 stairs, up and down, one hundred times to fundraise money for mental health workshops for children.
