The Box Office is located near the Hard Rock Café and around the corner from Cipresso Restaurant. Beginning January 4, 2022 the Box Office Hours will be: Tue 12 noon to 5pm Thu 12 noon to 5pm Saturday 12 noon to 5pm Event days 12 noon to 30 minutes after start time of the event.

Customers collecting duplicate tickets will be required to enter the auditorium immediately after collecting their tickets so are not advised to collect their tickets earlier than they intend to enter the venue. Disabled access bookings can be conducted via the venue directly via email on info@eventimapollo.com. There is an access ramp at the front of the venue and no steps into the stalls auditorium. Please bring you key with you to access or speak to a member of staff.
