This programme has been designed to build on key areas from the Developing Your Leadership course to support you during the next stage of your leadership journey. It is an ideal opportunity to strengthen your network within the third sector whilst you develop your approach to change management and confidently lead your team, project and organisation. Through a range of tools and techniques, you will explore the challenges of being a leader as well as a manager. This will include the value of setting goals, delegation and effective communication in a ‘high support-high challenge’ learning environment. Participants For emerging and established leaders, this course will explore your own leadership style in more depth and help you to tailor and strengthen your overall approach to leadership. Attendees must have completed the Developing Your Leadership course within the last three years. Congratulations,    This is your OFFICIAL INVITATION  to the 2019 Georgia vs Florida HS Showcase Game. The event will take place Dec 26th- Dec 29th in Orlando, FL. Practices will be Dec 27th & 28th. The game itself will take place Dec. 29th. We are inviting the top athletes from both states to compete in a battle for bragging rights and in an event that will gain major college attention. All athletes will be provided with game jerseys, food, & hotel accomadations for the event. College scouts and media coverage will be present, including Recruiting Analyst Orey Ferrell. They will bring food by (at least 2 times per week), pick up any litter, and organize any items on the shelves so the stand looks it's best. How will they get the food to stock the stand?They could have a food drive to get food for the stand, or a bake sale to raise funds to purchase food.This is a great way to connect with your neighborhood stand.
