For events going on public on-sale, tickets will not be available to purchase at the Ticket Office until 3 hours after the public on-sale has begun. For example: if an event has a public on-sale of 10AM, sales will begin at the Fiserv Forum Ticket Office at 1PM if tickets still remain.
