What do the fees cover?

What’s is and is not included in the ticket price?
Everything on the schedule is included in your ticket price with the following exceptions:
filming location tours (separate fee to participate)
professional cast photo ops (optional with limited quantities available); all attendees will be able to take a selfie with the cast during the autograph session
evening at O’Toole’s (free to attend; you must pay if you want to buy beverages)
if we take a second group photo, the print will be sold separate after the event; all attendees will get the main group photo while in Hawaii and it is part of the ticket price
Also, you are responsible for your own lodging, food which is not part of the event, travel (air, car, etc.) and any other travel expenses you may incur as part of this trip.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - please bring a printed copy of your ticket so we can match it with your name badge.
What is the refund policy?
There will be no refunds for LOST 2020 registration/ticket fees. Please do not book unless you intend to attend. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. We just need to know the name.

Will Call can be picked up at the Events Center South Ticket Office on the corner of Center St. and Fourth St. Customers MUST present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a valid photo ID and the Ticketmaster confirmation number in order to receive their tickets
Day of Onsale: 10am - 12noon. Otherwise the box office opens at 10 am on the day of a performance.
Accessible seating is located on platforms at the bottom of all 100 section seating. Accessible doors to facility are located at the Southwest, Southeast and Northwest entrances

The will-call windows are located at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office, on the Northwest corner adjacent to the Polaris Gate. Will-Call will be available for pick-up beginning one hour prior to the event being attended, unless otherwise noted. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster transaction. Proper photo identification is required. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up.

The designated ADA Pick-Up/ Drop-Off zone is located on 10th Avenue South, between 6th Street South and 7th Street South. Utica, NY. Johnson Park Center (JPC) is honored and happy to share the good news that the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties pledged $5,000 and will host the web site to accept your donations to feed people in need. Additionally, Capraro Technologies, Inc. (CTI) offering to match up to $10,000 to ensure that food will be available to the less fortunate at the JPC Food Pantry in 2021. Also, for every donation you make, you will receive a $20.00 coupon good for purchases of $40.00 or more of food either in the restaurant or takeout at the Aqua Vino restaurant. Coupons are good until 1 March 1, 2021.
The JPC Food Pantry served 1,374,615 million meals in 2020 versus 265,725 meals in 2019. To continue to meet the demand in 2021, we need your support to fill bags with food for families and single individuals struggling during the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19). Feeding America list that each third child in New York experiences Food Insecurity, which may harm their health.
The Food Bank of Central New York reports that 63% of client households with seniors report making choices between paying for food and paying for medicine/medical care. 88% of clients agreed that receiving food at emergency,food agencies helped them get the food they could not receive any other way.

Will Call ticket windows open three (3) hours prior to most events. To claim tickets at Will Call, a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets must be presented. For Cowboys games, only the account holder of record may pick up tickets. A person other than the account holder may pick up tickets from Will Call provided that they present written and signed authorization from the account holder along with a copy of the account holder's photo ID.
