What do I need to bring to the seminar?Just bring yourself. We'll provide you with a pad and pen for note taking along alone some additional handouts to take with you. 
What is the dress code?Dress code is casual so please dress comfortably.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No, you do not.  
Does this workshop meet the downpayment assistance program requirement?No, this 2-hour workshop is an informational session on the home buying process and does not meet the criteria for downpayment assistance programs.   


* Completion of the workshop entitles those households to closing credit up to an amount equal to 1% of the purchase price. Buyer must sign an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement with Kevin Johnson of OneBlue Real Estate and obtain financing through our preferred lender. Attendees must place an offer in a home through CENTURY 21 OneBlue no later than 45-days of the seminar and must close on the home no later than 90-days. The minimum purchase price to qualify for the credit is $250,000 and the home purchased must be listed in the MLS. Not valid on short sale or foreclosure listings, mobile homes, vacant land, commercial property or condos.
