General public will call tickets can be picked up beginning 60 minutes prior to the game/event time at the Schottenstein Center Ticket Office. Customers must have a valid photo ID for pick up. Student athletes guests' tickets can be picked up 60 minutes prior to the game/event time in the northwest auxiliary hallway. Attendees must have a valid photo ID for pick up.

The Schottenstein Center Ticket Office is located near the NE rotunda. Regular business hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-4pm, Sat-Sunday: Closed. Game/Event Days: Box office will have extended hours to accommodate customers. Hours vary depending on event.

Special seating is available for guests with disabilities. Signed interpretation can be arranged for any performance, however requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of the event.
