Join us on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 as Miccosukee Resort & Gaming celebrates FREEDOM FESTIVAL, South Florida’s favorite July 4th party.   Bigger and better than ever, Freedom Festival 2018 is completely FREE!  Guests are encouraged to donate a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots.   This year’s festival will include an incredible array of carnival rides and games, music, refreshing water slides, exhilarating airboat rides, alligator wrestling shows, fireworks and more. Vendors will be onsite with delicious food and beverage options as well as specially-selected Native American arts and crafts displaying the unique talents of the Miccosukee Tribe.   Attendees are welcome to enjoy concerts starting at 4:30 p.m. with up-and-coming singer/songwriter Luke Pell, the incredibly talented social media sensation Tony Jackson and the legendary Aaron Tippin; celebrating over 25 years of hits! Aaron is also spearheading a Military Toy Drive benefitting Toys for Tots and as has become customary, will build a bike live onstage while he performs! Chair rentals for the concert are $5 or you can tie up your hands by carrying your own around. Concert will take place in the Dome on a first come, first served basis.  Space is limited.  Is there an ID or age requirement for the event? There is no age minimum to enter the concert area. Adults 21 and over can purchase alcohol in the venue with valid proof of identification.   What can/can’t I bring? No outside food or beverages will be permitted. No drugs. No guns.   What if I’m in Law Enforcement and/or active duty/military reserve? We appreciate your service but no weapons are allowed within Festival grounds.   Can my service/emotional support animal come? Yes! And if they can have their identifying harness on so other guests know to not disturb them while they work, that’d be great!   I have a whole bunch of awesome, new and unwrapped toys to donate for Toys for Tots, where can I drop them off? There are four drop-off areas at the festival: By the Valet stand under the driveway of Miccosukee Resort & Gaming’s main entrance. The main Festival entrance. By the main entrance to the Entertainment Dome. At the handicap entrance on the NE corner of the Festival grounds. What are my transportation/parking options? FREE parking is available on the Miccosukee Resort & Gaming premises. Valet parking is also available for a fee.   What is the refund policy? All sales within the Festival are final.   Can I bring all of my friends and family? Of course! They can bring their friends and family too!
