The Strength and Conditioning Workshops are bespoke, as they are tailored to the practical and theoretical needs of your club, team or group of athletes.  
Content
Whilst enrolled upon the course, which can range from two hours to a full weekend, you will study the principles of strength and conditioning and how to incorporate the principles in to training techniques and programmes.
The workshop can include the following units:

Programming strength and conditioning techniques
Effective use of warm ups
Movement control and conditioning circuits
Strength training
Assessment and monitoring
Speed and agility training
Introduction to Olympic weightlifting
