On an event day the Box Office will be open until the event starts. Ticket collections can be collected from the box office anytime from purchase. Ticket reprints / duplicates can be collected from our Box Office from 2 hours prior to the show starting only T ake the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase. The cardholder must be present to sign for the tickets. Dupes can be collected from the Venue 1 hour before doors. They cannot be collected any earlier No exchanges or refunds as stated in our Terms & Conditions, unless at the manager discretion

Opening Times As of Monday 30th March 2020 the box office will only be open on event days/nights This will be from 4pm on show evenings or 1 hour before doors for earlier shows.
