All seats are free but a ticket is required for entry. Please keep your tickets handy, either in the Eventbrite app or print them out and bring them with you to the Winter Gardens. Seating is on a first-come basis. We like every seat taken, so 30 minutes prior to the start of each program if there are still any seats available after ticket holders have entered, they become available to guests who have waited in the on-site line.
To book tickets for groups, 10 or more, please click here or visit our website and complete the group booking form.
There are two main public entrances to the Winter Gardens – these are at Church Street from St John’s Square and from Coronation Street, opposite the Houndshill Centre. Lifts are available to access public areas.
Winter Gardens doors will open 90 minutes prior to the program start time. Shoes & shirts are required at all times. Some language, gestures and suggestive art may be considered inappropriate. Festival of Hope reserves the right to address these issues with all guests. Management reserve the right to refuse admission to any visitor.

Travelling by Coach
Book your group with the Festival office for more detailed information and a Coach parking pass. Group Bookings is an opportunity for churches to attend the festival as a group of 10 or more. A coordinator from your church will help organise coach transportation with the support of a festival representative. For churches or groups who can’t afford the expense of transportation, the Festival of Hope may be able to help financially. Our goal is to have 50% of the people on the bus who don’t know Christ invited by Christians.
Coaches must have a designated number and follow the designated route as identified with your Coach parking pass. Arrangements have been made for coaches to drop off and pick up at the Winter Gardens. Coaches are not permitted to wait in the area during the performance and must park in the Festival Coach Park.
For all enquiries or group registration please contact email@example.com or telephone 01253 922560
