Happening every five years, the International Pathfinder Camporee takes place in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  Plan to join over 50,000 Pathfinder August 12-17, 2019 from over 100 countries for the largest five-day Adventist Youth Event in the world.  Days will be filled with fun activities, honors, events, and ministry opportunities.  Each night you will be inspired by a continuing story from the life of David.  Stay up to date on what is developing with the 2019 Camporee by signing up for the Chosen newsletter.  The main benefit is that you will always be up-to-date with the most current information, helping you plan more easily for the event. Below is information specific to Southeastern California Conference.
Campsite
All clubs are assigned campsite space based on number of paid registrants for Pathfinders, staff and children.  Any club hosting an international club will receive additional space based on the international club's number.    
Hauling Equipment
SECC Youth Ministries will have two trucks/trailers to haul equipment and supplies for Pathfinder clubs.  This service will not cost the clubs anything as the Southeastern California Conference has decided to cover these costs for our Pathfinder clubs.  Pathfinder clubs will need to register for this service by clicking the Ticket button.  This helps us to plan better.  Clubs will be informed of when to bring the equipment and supplies to the conference office after Pathfinder Fair.
Packing
To facilitate the ease in packing the trailers and to use every available space, we ask that you use moving boxes or plastic bins of the same size.  Moving boxes can be purchased from the conference or local Home Depot, Lowe's, U-haul, etc.  To order boxes through the conference select the ticket for the size of box and how many. Pathfinder clubs will need to make arrangements to pick up the boxes at the conference office.
Boxes need to be clearly marked with the club name.  Larger items that will not fit in boxes or plastic bins, i.e. poles, tables, etc., must have the club name in permanent marker or luggage tags.  No propane tanks or flammable material will be shipped.  An inventory list must be submitted by July 1 and on the loading day.  Click here for the Inventory List form.
Loading & Unloading
Loading the trailer will be on Sunday, August 4 at the conference warehouse building.  Pathfinder clubs will be assigned times to bring in their equipment and supplies.  The trailer will be ready to unload at Oshkosh on Monday, August 12.  For the return home, items must be loaded after sundown on Saturday, August 17 or Sunday morning, August 18.  Remember to bring packaging tape and markers for repacking at the Camporee.  Pathfinder clubs will pick up their items at a designated time on Sunday, August 25.
SECC Trading Pin 
A big THANK YOU to Obed Escalante from Escondido Spanish for designing the SECC Trading Pins!You may have heard rumor that this year SECC will be selling multiple pins.  This rumor is true!  SECC will be selling seven (7) pins:  six (6) California license plates designed with each county in mind plus an old woody pin to represent the coordinators.  Pins can be purchased individually or as a set (seven pins).  Only 3,000 of each are being ordered.  Once sold out, we will not be ordering more.  

Order can be processed by selecting the ticket(s) below.  Each pin will sell for $1.41, tax included. Convenience fee added for credit card purchases.  When invoicing the church or paying with cash or check, the extra fees will not be applied.   If you are not paying by credit card, the email confirmation only confirms receipt of your order, not pricing.  SECC Youth Ministries will invoice churches when we process the pins for pickup or delivery.  Pins will be ready for pick up or delivery by the end of June.

All tickets for the Camporee have sold out.  A waiting list is being compiled at the SECC Youth Ministries office for SECC Pathfinder clubs only.  Email the following information to judi.jeffreys@seccsda.org.

SECC Youth Ministries is only acting as a resource to connect clubs who are selling tickets with those who are requesting tickets.  NAD clubs may resell tickets by posting on the Camporee Facebook page.  When reselling tickets, please follow these Camporee Ticket Resale Guidelines.
