Each of us creates our own individual stress response pattern through the quality of our thoughts and beliefs, emotional responses, the way we breathe and the way we move our body. At a certain point, this pattern becomes set and although this response is intended to be initially helpful, much of the time, our personal stress response pattern blocks the natural flow of wellness in the body.
Kundalini Yoga provides a complete system of effective movement for the body. While most forms of exercise reduce stress, Kundalini Yoga is uniquely suited because of its tremendous impact on the glandular and nervous systems. The unique movements of Kundalini Yoga, set in the sequence of a kriya, help us learn to manage stress by consistently challenging and extending us. Having survived and adapted each movement, we promote a healing response in our bodies, ready to take on the next challenge. Stress management is an inevitable side effect of this practice. Kundalini Yoga combines conscious breathing, dynamic movement, sound vibration, inward focus and meditation to stimulate pressure points in the brain and the body.
There are no levels in this school of yoga, advanced practitioners and beginners are welcome - the ultimate goal for all is to evoke balance, build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Plan your trip - cycle, walk, as parking is limited around the Kite Beach area.
Remember it can be very hot on the day - use sunblock, bring a towel and hydrate before and after the session.
