Half Day Indian Vegetarian Vegan Course
Indian food has a vast repertoire of vegan dishes and it is easy to prepare a delicious meal using different kinds of beans, lentils and vegetables. In this course, you will learn how to prepare easy meals using spices for depth of flavour and well being. Typical recipes include Mung Dal Khichdi (Healing rice, vegetable and lentil one pot meal), Carrot and bean curry with coconut milk, Aloo Mutter (Potato and peas curry), Stuffed okra and a hearty Chickpea and pomegranate salad with toasted cumin.
