The Level 1 ISAK Anthropometry Course is designed for sport and exercise science students, nutritionists, sports rehabilitators or physiotherapists who need to carry out anthropometric profiling of clients. Content Whilst enrolled upon the course you will experience both practical and theoretical learning. Theoretical components of the course include topics such as anatomy, body composition and somatotype. Practical application includes the measurement of a Restricted Profile (height, mass, eight skinfolds, five girths, two breadths) adhering to the standard required by ISAK. You will study how measures enable the monitoring of health and growth variables and calculation of somatotype. More information The course will run over 3 days from 09:00 – 17:30 (The course will finish at 16:00 on the Sunday). Full course fee is £400.
