The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Tickets are available via telephone at 1-866-7-BOK-CTR Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. BOK Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, Bank of Oklahoma ATM’s and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby’s Box Office. Some events at the BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from the BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer. Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at each of the main entrances. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment. The BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance.
