We invite you to explore the video recording and streaming platform called VidGrid. If you are familiar with Panopto Lecture Capture and ShareStream Video Hosting Website, then VidGrid is for you! Vidgrid has a great interface that is user friendly and includes built-in features to increase student interactivity and engagement within Canvas. Once you create a video, you have the ability to embed quiz questions as the video plays. These scores are then transferred directly to the Canvas gradebook.
This is a 60-minute session (45-minute instruction session; 15-minute Q&A)

1) Assessing your bike is safe to ride

Basic competency with bolt tensions.
Basic competency with a pedal spanner.
Where to use grease.
Knowing when to get help.
2) Cleaning your bike
GOAL: to understand a process to follow to clean your bikeKEY LEARNINGS:
What to use to clean your bike.
Where to clean versus where to degrease.
How to apply and remove chain lube.
Which lubes for which conditions?
3) Changing a tyre and tube
GOAL: to be able to change your tube if you get a flat while out ridingKEY LEARNINGS:
What I need to change a tube?
What size tube I need for my bike?
Differences in valve types?
How to find and resolve what caused the flat?
What you need: 1 x pair of hands, and rolled up sleeves.
Note: Please do not bring your bike along to this class. We have limited space to allow you to work on your own bike, however you will be able to get hands-on with some tasks as we go.

The purpose of this session is to introduce Robert Kiyosaki’s philosophy of financial education through the board game Cashflow 101. You will learn and understand, by playing the game, what is required in real life to create financial independence and break the "work till you die" cycle, which in the game term “getting out of the rat race”.
The more often you play the game, the more financially astute you will become. It does not matter if you have no prior experienced in investment or any financial knowledge. However, those who wish to join should be motivated to creating freedom in their life, both financial freedom and time freedom.
The name of the game CASHFLOW, means passive or residual income. You will have an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who have similar goals and mindset for success as yourself. You will learn what it takes to have more money, more time, more success, more freedom.
The board game is a simulation of our lives, which allows you to apply your learnings to get out of the rat race in real life.
