Camp is very close to capacity...WAITLIST STARTING SOON...Each event has some people pulled from the waitlist. So, if the camp is shown as full, please add your name to the waitlist as we will definitely add certain positions. LOCATION: The showcase will be held at the home of Rollins Softball, the Rollins Softball Stadium at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park NEW FACILITY: Participants will visit our new Rollins Softball Clubhouse which has our team's locker room as well as couches, conference tables, restrooms, and a kitchen area. WHAT TO BRING?: Participants should bring their softball gear. • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? • Winter Showcase (8th-12th graders) January 11, 2020 -- Cost: $200 + processing ROLLINS SOFTBALL SUCCESS 2016 NCAA Regional ChampsSunshine State Conference Champs: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014NCAA Tournament Appearances 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 The event is well-attended by players from across the country. Last year, participants visited from 25 different states. Tour the campus ~ One of the best in America! Named "America's Most Beautiful Campus" in 2016 by Princeton Review Rollins College has been ranked #1 by US News and World Report (#1 or #2 for past 22 years) Rollins is located just a few minutes from downtown Orlando and close to all of the Orlando attractions and only 45 minutes to the beach Average class size is 16 Rollins softball pitching finished ranked #1 in the COUNTRY for ERA (NCAA Statistical Champions). The second time the team has earned the recognition since 2011. Rollins defense finished #2 in the COUNTRY for fielding percentage Rollins softball is a regular participant in the NCAA tournament Rollins Softball: 2016 NCAA Regional Champions Since 2007, Rollins players have earned 18 All-Americans awards, two NFCA Diamond Catcher of the Year awards (Top NCAA Catcher), four Pitcher of the Year awards and 68 regional awards. This institute provides the opportunity to learn about counseling from Taiwanese and American mental health professionals. It offers the comfort and security of a planned itinerary that includes guides who are fluent in English and Chinese. An institute faculty member, Dr. Hsin-Ya Tang, is from Taiwan originally. She holds a CACREP-accredited PhD degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and currently teaches in the CACREP-accredited counselor education program at Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Participants stay the entire institute in the same room in a modern highrise hotel in the center of Taipei. Visits to tourist destinations in and around Taipei are included.
