Deposits are collected to cover the advance deposits at Pax Lodge, Our Chalet and Venture Travel which must be paid in full by August 2019 We are making our best estimate on the exchange rate between Pounds Sterling and the USD. Brexit may or may not improve the value of the trip. We will again evaluate the exchange rate in January prior to the final payment. Should we determine that there are additional funds available after we have paid the major contracts, we will provide additional opportunities for you on the trip at no charge. Deposits are non-refundable, however, if someone takes your place we will work with you.
