Course Description: Lean IT Foundation helps IT organizations to ensure that they provide their customers with the Best possible services. Through understanding customer value, the Processes that deliver this value, the way to manage performance, the way to organize and the required attitude and behavior, IT organizations are helped to develop a continuous improvement mindset. Für Mädchen und Jungen von 6 bis 10 Jahre 4 Vormittage, jeweils von 9 bis 13 Uhr, 4 bis 8 Teilnehmer*innen Trickfilm-München YouTube Channel In diesem viertägigen Kurs, speziell entwickelt für die jüngsten Filmemacher*innen, lernen die Teilnehmer nicht nur wie Stop-Motion Animation funktioniert, sondern auch wie man eine selbst-erfundene Geschichte mit bewegten Bildern erzählt. Wir arbeiten in Zweiergruppen. Jeder Gruppe steht ein iPad zur Verfügung. Die Kinder können für ihre Filme Lego, Playmobil, Pappe oder Knete verwenden. Am ersten Tag lernen wir die Animationssoftware kennen und machen einfache Übungen. Dann verfasst jede Zweiergruppe ein Drehbuch mit fünf bis sieben Szenen das in den folgenden Tagen verwirklicht wird. Am zweiten Tag erstellen wir gezeichnete Hintergründe und bauen die Filmkulissen auf. Zusätlich zu jeder Menge Lego Steine haben wir Sets und Figuren aus allen möglichen Themenwelten! Am dritten Tag drehen die Zweiergruppen alle ihre Szenen ab. Der Kursleiter ist bei der Gestaltung aktiv dabei, gibt Tipps und hilft den Teilnehmern. Am vierten Tag vertonen wir den Film mit Musik und Sound Effekten. Die Teilnehmer können ihre Filme auch synchronisieren, indem sie die Dialoge ihrer "Darsteller" aufnehmen. Trickfilm-München befindet sich am Rande einer der grössten Grünanlage Münchens. Wir gehen jeden Tag für eine halbe Stunde zum naheliegenden Spielplatz.
