Erleben Sie wie agile Prinzipien und Ideen auf Architekturarbeit übertragen werden können und wie man Architekturpraktiken sinnvoll und effizient in agilen Vorgehen verankert. Kleine Methoden, praktische Techniken und hilfreiche Sichtweisen werden im Rahmen des Seminars als Muster vorgestellt und an praxisnahen Beispielen erprobt. Insgesamt entsteht das Bild einer neuen Architekturdisziplin. Einer Disziplin, die sich nicht um den einen Architekten dreht. Die sich an Einflüssen aus Lean orientiert und gut in agile Projekte bettet. Einer Disziplin die Zielorientierung fördert und Pragmatismus großschreibt.
Das Seminar ist beim iSAQB lizensiert und trägt bei der Zulassung zur abschließenden Advanced Level Zertifizierungsprüfung (CPSA-A) bei. Ihr Trainer Stefan Toth hat in seinem Berufsleben sehr unterschiedliche Projekte über einen längeren Zeitraum begleitet und zahlreiche einschlägige Workshops durchgeführt. Er ist Autor des viel beachteten Buches „Vorgehensmuster für Softwarearchitektur – Kombinierbare Praktiken in Zeiten von Agile und Lean.“ Es bildet die Grundlage dieses Seminars; ein Exemplar des Buches (gebundene Ausgabe und e-Book) ist bereits im Seminarpreis enthalten.

This training is a follow up to the initial one day training on Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) for Practitioners run by the West Sussex Educational Psychology Service.
Attendees will further their learning regarding EBSA. The session will focus on effective interventions and developing support plans and provide attendees with an opportunity to think about the children and young people they are working with.
This is a free training event. It is a requirement that all attendees have previously attended the previous whole day training run by the EPS.
